走进铁场镇茅輋村五逧峰有机茶园，放眼望去，一垄垄、一排排错落有致的茶树相连成片。遥望茶山，云雾缭绕，茶香飘荡。行走其间，茶园风光，碧绿如染，长势喜人。

不负春光不误农时。春节刚过，茶园里就组织人手开始忙活，技术人员覆土、除草，为春茶采摘做准备。据了解，五逧峰有机茶园种植的茶叶为金萱绿茶，是从台湾引进的品种，市场价格为每斤800元左右。

“目前我们茅輋村五逧峰农业茶叶产业园一期种植面积500余亩，共计投入1200余万元，现年产茶叶一万多斤，年产值三百多万元。清明节前将会开始采摘，预计今年会迎来丰收。”五逧峰（广东）农业茶叶产业园负责人曾凡胜说。

五逧峰有机茶园自2020年正式投产，吸纳周边富余劳动力就业。目前，茅輋村通过发展茶叶产业，带动当地农户就业，既解决了劳动力就近就业问题，又促进了乡亲们增收致富。
